SCOUT Where Am I (WAI)

Track where you are & where you went! A free mobile application that enables you to log your path while travelling. Tracking Keeps track of your movements anytime. Supported List

Mobile Installation

1. Type GPS & send your SMS to 39969. Charge: RM0.00/SMS.
2. You will receive a Download URL and password. Click on the URL to download SCOUT application (GPRS/3G is needed).
3. Install the application into your mobile phone.
4. After that, please launch "SCOUT" under "Applications" folder.
5. Follow the step by step guide in the application.
6. You will notice a "Satellite" icon from the top right corner which to indicate the GPS signal in your mobile (Signal is better in outdoor)
7. When GPS signal is available, coordinate Longitude (E) & Latitude (N) will be displayed on the main screen.

Access friend's path via SMS

1. Type GPS<space>FIND<space><Your Friend Mobile Number>
2. Send your SMS to 39969. Charge: RM0.00/SMS
3. You will get your friend's location in Garmin format (with the latitude and longitude)
4. To receive map of the location via GPRS, follow the instruction in the SMS
5. Your friend need to define you as a friend in their "White List" for you to view their location map.

Access your path via Mobile Application

 
1. Via Mobile Application, go to "Option" » "MAP View"
2. You will be redirected to your latest location.
3. Go to "Track my location" to view more of your path.

Access your path via Web

1. Login to www.m3scout.com and select SCOUT WAI.
2. To access your own path, click on "My Track".
3. To access your friend's path, click on "Friend's Track".
